What materials do you use for your permanent jewelry?We use gold filled, 14k gold plated, and 925 sterling silver. If any of our chains are 18k gold plated vs 14k gold plated, we will have them labelled.

How often do you get new chains?Whenever we run out of a chain, we buy more! Our inventory is always changing, you never know what type of chains we may have! When booking an event with us, you can preview the chains that will be at that event. Availability may be limited depending on how much we have of each chain type, so book early appointments to ensure you get the one(s) you want!

Do I need to take my jewelry off to go through airport security?You do not.

How can I take the jewelry off? Will you put it back on if I need it removed?Simply cut the jewelry with scissors or wire snips. We will re-weld any chain done by Oh She Linked, just meet us at one of our events! See our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

Is it dangerous to get permanent jewelry?Oh She Linked uses a top of the line pulse welder, the Orion mPulse Arc Welder. The process is very safe and is 100% painless. This welder is designed specifically for permanent jewelry, and has many safety features in place. Our team has also been trained on the welder. We use glasses for eye protection, and also a leather guard to ensure additional safety.

What are the age restrictions for your services?We will not WELD permanent jewelry on anyone under the age of 12, this is due to a law in the state of Michigan, and also laws regarding Lead in jewelry products. The process of offering jewelry to kids under the age of 12 and also the activity of welding on them, is a very involved process that our company is not participating in at this time due to the liability involved. We DO offer clasps. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present, and they must sign our liability waiver as the legal guardian of the minor.

Do I need to keep my jewelry clean? How long will it last?Our gold filled chains, and sterling silver chains, ensure a lifetime of use for your chain if you care for it properly. Feel free to swim with it on, and do any daily activity. We recommend cleaning it with a non-toxic jewelry cleaner and a brush occasionally, to upkeep on shine. Keep in mind that "permanent" does NOT mean that you can pull and tug on your chain, our chains are typically fairly delicate and can break like with any fine jewelry. Take care and ensure you treat it well.

I'm not happy with my purchase, can you refund me?All purchases made through Oh She Linked are non-refundable. Please contact us with any concerns, but as our products are custom fitted to each individual, we are unable to provide refunds.

Why would a pop-up event benefit my business?There are many ways a pop-up event will benefit your business. First, FREE MARKETING. Second, mutual benefaction with another small business in your area. Third, bring in additional foot traffic to your business. And lastly, to engage more with your community and show a fun side to your business!

Do you charge anything to set up a table at my business?No, we do not! The only thing we ask is that you share the event two weeks prior via social media using the pre-made content we send you.

Do you host private events or small groups?Absolutely! We will travel to an event/group, we only ask that there be at least 10 people present and excited to participate!
